Work Harassment

We have been trying to strengthen the advancement of gender equality by building a robust networks of women leaders and of young professionals at all levels with the aim to create allgender sensible work spaces.

We impart training programs and conduct workshops to create awareness about sexual harassment of women at workplace as per the Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act of 2013.We organize cross-sectorial dialogue on gender equality at the workplacesby evaluating gender equality from rights-based perspective and legal advancements towards any unpleasant incidents.
